HOW TO SELECT PLAYER BEFORE MATCH IN FOOTBALL MANAGER 2008

Usually playing Football Manager 2008 I follow the next principles when it is necessary to select the first squad before a match:

• At first when you select players for participate in the match, look at their morale and conditions. Try to use players with the highest morale, and do not set to the first squad 'Very poor' or 'Poor' moraled footballers.

• As far as conditions concerned, usually I do not use players who has less then 94% giving them rest from the game or just placing them to the substitution.

• Another small hint is checking current level of fitness of a player. I never set a player to the first squad when he has fitness - 'Several lacking in match fitness', 'Tired' or something like that except matches with very weak opponent teams.

• Never set injured players with orange 'Inj' sign to participate in a match.

• It is also important to understand form of your footballer: how good he played last matches, what kind of performance he shows during this season, how often he gets injured, how good he is at that or other position where you use him. Follow statistics of a player!

• Talking with players during the matches, correct media comments and personal talks with a player really matter!Use them often to increase morale of your footballers. Try to avoid setting to the first squad a player who is being nervous before a match after your media comment.

Hey, my dear readers! Today I want to share with you my Football Manager 2008 tactics... It's really my best one! This is the tactics that brought my Southampton to the 2nd position of English Premiership overtaking Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea!

My tactical approach consists of the two distinct variants: for Home matches and for Away matches. Both have the same formation as shown below:

Home Tactics: Team Instructions

It's home attacking variant with maximal Closing Down, Short Passing and Tight Marking. Actually, these three components are used in the away tactical instructions as well. Tempo is quite low here that allows to loose the ball rarely and have a good ball control. Average value of Defensive Line increases the intention of attacking force in this case. It give effect of closing an opponent on its side of a pitch. Time Wasting has the lowest value because I don't like to waste the time :). Normally I change it if there is need to hold up ball in the end of a game.

Settings of individual instructions are very important in this home tactics (as well as the one for away matches).

Are they know by swearing by Quran is the last way to prove that we are truth..But our malaysian take the 'shortcut' to back up them..They don't know what happen at akhirat if there are bluff..Our leader also use this way to back up their foul in the mosque...What happen to our Malaysian know??? I don't agree with this way because I as a muslim cannot accept their way to protect themselves from their fault...They are willing to ignore their religion to cover theirselves..How embarassing those people????

Do you know the rubbish can save the world?? I also ask my self when I read this article,what the rubbish can do for our world?? Then, when I finish read it..the enzyme from the rubbish can create some ozone layer with produce some gases and can reduce the hot from the sun...There are some ways to make the ozone layer using rubbish by yourself..

1. Take some rubbish and gather it in one place..
2. And then put the water in that place and closed it
3. Let it until 3 or 4 month for the produce that enzyme
4. Then open it,it will release some gases to help our ozone layer
